Brand expansion is more than signing up the largest number of licensees possible. It’s about building the brand in a strategic fashion according to our client’s objectives. We specialize in creating and implementing brand building strategies that are individualized, and can include licensing the brand into specific categories of merchandise, co-branding and/or joint-ventures. We coordinate all aspects involved in building and maintaining such programs including developing the appropriate plan for product introduction, evaluating and choosing the right brand partners, the creation of the right design look for licensed merchandise and the continued monitoring and adaption of the program as it builds.

Extensive Brand Development and Management includes assessing the client’s existing market position and brand awareness, business mission and development goals, and potential areas of brand and business expansion. Based on this, we develop strategies for enhancing the client’s brand identity, evaluate potential brand extension opportunities and prepare a detailed plan of implementation. Depending upon the client’s particulars, these can include strategic alliances, licensing, co-branding, sponsorships, public relations and internal product or service development. After further consultation with the client, Privage can then further develop, implement and manage those recommendations adopted by the client.
