OBJECTIVE

Create a lifestyle brand exclusive to one retailer by extending a popular apparel brand into several different departments at Walmart.

STRATEGY

Replace existing opening price point product lines in key categories with 4 to 8 foot sections of merchandise, beginning with shoes, socks and underwear and expanding into pre-school toys, infant toys, bath toys and accessories, books and bedding.

INNOVATIONS

Increased retail sales of infant toys and bath toys by 30% by changing the existing products in these sections to the Garanimals brand. By streamlining the colors of the products, as well as the look and sizing of the packaging and re-arranging the plan-o-gram by price, we created easy-to-shop sections that looked neat and attracted consumers.
